Shipping Domestic
Orders’ processing time varies, as the time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
For North America, the estimated shipping time is 3 - 5 business days. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Tracking Order
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.
To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work, visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Your items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be accepted for returns due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
Broken Items
If an item is broken no need to worry, your package has shipping insurance! Simply take a picture of your broken item inside the box with packaging and a picture of the shipping label on the outside of the box. Send us your pictures along with which of your items were damaged and we will send a replacement out to you within 3 business days or sooner. Please open your package with caution if you can hear the broken glass inside.
